How we work
Audit the product first
Most strategy work starts with positioning. We start with the product. What is actually in it, how it is made, what claims it can honestly support. If the brand language is ahead of the product, that gap is the first thing we close.
Strategy that can be evidenced
Every recommendation lands with the data behind it. If a positioning needs a number to be credible, we find or build the measurement first. No claim leaves the deck without a source.
Embedded, not delivered
We operate alongside your team. The deliverable is not a deck; the deliverable is the change. Weekly working sessions until the strategy is in the product, and the people running it own it.
Audited annually
Sustainability positioning rots if it is not maintained. We schedule annual reviews against the original claims, with the data refreshed. If a claim no longer holds, we say so and rework it.

What we will not do.
We will not greenwash. If the data does not support the claim, the claim is dropped.
We will not run a positioning exercise on a product that has not been audited. If the product cannot hold the claim, no campaign will save it.
We will not work with brands whose primary intent is regulatory cover. We work with brands that want the standard to outlive us.
Engagement shape
A small number of engagements per year. Each one operated to the standard.
