Apply
Before May 158 to 10 minutes. Structured intake across behaviour, digital judgement, technical depth, and proof of work. One sitting, no save, no restart.
Score
By May 22Scored out of 100 across four weighted layers. Private. No public leaderboard. Reviewers can override the raw score where the writing earns it.
Shortlist
By May 25Top bands receive an invite to the ABI Challenge. Mid-bands move to consideration. Below-threshold scores receive a quiet close with a short, honest note.
Work
June 1 to July 1545 days of live projects inside NOTOXIC and partner brands. Every contribution recorded. Founders, business owners, and industry experts review the work. Placement follows.

12 ptsOne thing you have built, solved, or improved. Link, file, or short story. We read it carefully. If this section is blank, the other 88 points have to carry you.
Scores decide who enters the Work phase and who gets a clean close. Classification bands are applied automatically. Reviewers can override where the writing earns it. The gate is real, not a formality.

ABI Challenge invite.
You did not clear the top band, but the writing earned a second look. The Challenge is deeper and stricter than the intake. Pass it and you enter the Work phase with the top scorers.
Below threshold
A clean close with a short, honest note.
No upsells. No "try again next year" trap. You will know where you stood and why. Better information than you came with.
We do not guarantee a role. We guarantee a fair evaluation and a real ladder if you rank.

A note from Sai.
I built ABI 45 because I have met too many people who should have had a shot and did not. The filter that decides who gets interviewed, three years of experience, right college, right accent, is broken. And the “upskilling” answer, pay us for a certificate so you can apply again, is worse.
This is NOTOXIC’s first cohort. 45 days. One rule: your score tells us who you are.
You will not meet a teacher. You will not get a certificate. You will get a ladder. Climb it and you are in. Do not climb it and we will tell you honestly where you stood. Either way, you will leave with better information than you came with.
You will not build this record alone. Founders, business owners, and industry experts will be looking at what you ship. The log you leave with is yours to keep, whether you enter the placement track or not.

Before you start
What to expect.
- You will answer multiple-choice questions across three domains, then submit your proof of work as text, links, or a file.
- Use a stable email. It is how we confirm receipt and reach you if you advance.
- Phone number is optional. Share it and you get one WhatsApp ping when the shortlist is out. Used once, nothing more.

Questions.
Is ABI 45 a course?
No. It is a selection program. You are measured, not taught. There is no curriculum, no certificate, no tuition. If you rank, you enter NOTOXIC’s placement pipeline. If you do not, we will tell you honestly.
I just graduated. Am I too junior?
No. ABI 45 is built for fresh graduates and early-career operators. We are not filtering for years of experience. We are filtering for signal. Your score tells us what we need to know.
I have been unemployed for a while. Does that count against me?
No. We do not ask about gaps. We ask what you can do. If the last six months were spent learning, building, or recovering, show us in your proof of work.
I do not have a portfolio. What do I submit for proof of work?
A link to something you built (site, project, GitHub, doc). A case study. A piece of writing. A solved problem with your reasoning. It does not need to be polished. It needs to be real.
What kind of projects will I work on during the 45 days?
Live briefs inside NOTOXIC and partner brands. Brand positioning, brand building, ecommerce, quick commerce, workflow automation, vibe coding, client support, product launches, sustainability narrative. Not case studies. Not mock assignments. You ship, things go live, and the outcomes are visible.
Who reviews my contributions?
Founders, business owners, and industry experts invited by NOTOXIC. Reviews attach to your record. You will know whose eyes were on your work and what they said.
How long does the application take?
Plan for 8 to 10 minutes of focused time. You cannot save progress mid-flow, so complete it in one sitting. Do it when your head is clear.
Is the cohort paid? Is placement paid?
The application is free. The cohort is free. If you reach placement, the role is a real role. Full-time, contract, or paid internship depending on the brand and the fit. We do not do unpaid work.
Will I see my score?
Scores are used internally for shortlisting. You will get a receipt for submission and a clear yes or no on whether you advance. Ask and we will tell you roughly where you landed.
When do I hear back?
Shortlist notice by May 22. Challenge invites by May 25. Cohort begins June 1.
What file types can I upload for proof?
PDF and common image formats, plus Word documents, up to 5 MB. Links and written context are equally valid.
